Have you tried food dehydrating but want to learn more, OR have you been dehydrating food for a time but want to know ALL the basic principles?

Then this course will be just right for you! We start from the bottom – no experience needed – and we build a steady base in basic dehydrating-principles. From there, we go more in-depth with more difficult food and methods.

Food dehydrating is about testing your dehydrator, test different thickness of the vegetables, and see how chewy you want your dehydrated apple. This course will guide you in this way of thinking. Testing, analyze, and test again. What we are looking for is the skill to figure out the result on forehand.

The course covers more than XX fruit and berries, XX vegetables, herbs, and spices, And dairy products, egg, fish, meat, poultry.

If you have a problem not answered in the course, you are most welcome to ask a question within the course.

I will be happy to guide you!

/Eric Tornblad, “Mr dehydrating”

Note! There are three different versions of the course “Learn to dehydrate food”. This course is with MEAT included as well as egg and dairy products.

Eric Tornblad

I have been dehydrating since 2005, when I was looking for an alternative to the tasteless and expensive freeze-dried outdoor food. I needed a cheaper and tastier alternative. That led to a huge and deep interest in dehydrating and preparing my own food. Until today I have dehydrated more than 250 different ingredients!
